Vivid Partners are a team of professionals providing accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to small to medium sized businesses as well as individuals and families. Vivid Partners opened its doors in 2015, driven by the directors, Rabin and Prakash’s passion for providing an excellent service at a reasonable cost. Keeping in mind the importance proper compliance and reporting plays in a business, Vivid Partners have designed efficient processes and procedures with the help of technology to develop a robust compliance and reporting system. This in turn has enabled our clients to have confidence on their compliance and also enabled them to plan, budget and set goals and also make strong, informed decisions.
At Vivid Partners, we understand how important it is for you to know what your accounting and tax compliance is going to cost you and how you are going to pay it. That’s why we agree the scope of work and the fees involved upfront, for a fixed fee, and not charge by the hour. For regular annual compliance and reporting, we agree on a yearly fee and provide you an option to pay monthly so that your cashflow is smooth and predictable.
The directors, Rabin and Prakash are always accessible and approachable, and so is the rest of the team. We pride ourselves in being there to support you when you need us.

Rabin Dangal FCPA
Director
Rabin is a CPA and provides services to a broad range of clients in areas of taxation and business advisory. He has had vast experience in Finance and Operations as Head of Finance and IT in a leading financial services business. Combining his experience from commerce and public practice, Rabin provides a rare mixture of advice to clients from both operational and strategic angles. Rabin is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and takes a holistic approach to guide them.
Rabin enjoys spending time with his family and loves cycling and cars.
Prakash Gautam AIPA AFA
Director
Prakash is a qualified accountant and has completed his Masters in Professional Accounting from Edith Cowan University. He specialises in taxation and business advisory services. Prakash is passionate about helping his clients achieve their personal and financial goals, so much that you will find him visiting his clients to get first-hand insight and providing them hands-on advice for improvement. Prakash looks after a diverse range of clients across a number of industries including transport and logistics, retail, building and construction, professional services, hospitality, mining services, property investors and developers, medical services, finance, agriculture, facility services, migration and education, IT services, engineering services and travel and tourism.
Outside of work, Prakash enjoys spending time with his young family , keeping fit and lending himself to social causes.
Suman Ghimire
Accountant
Suman is a young, active and dynamic accounting graduate who is self-motivated and always focused on betterment of his professional career and future. He has completed the Bachelor of Business (Accounting Major) from Murdoch University in 2018 and has been working as an Accountant at Vivid Partners. Suman is proficient in preparation of Tax Returns, BAS, Payroll, and Bookkeeping. Suman firmly believes in teamwork and working with Vivid Partners amazing team has helped him unearth his potentials in the professional world. Outside of work, Suman loves playing outdoor sports like football and keep myself engaged in being fit and active.
Tika Limbu
Accountant
As a professional accounting graduate from Edith Cowan University, Tika has been working as an Accountant at Vivid Partners. As a proactive member with strong interpersonal skills and friendly manner, she is responsible for office administration who brings in with her organizational, time management and administrative skills to ensure all Vivid clients are met with a prompt, high level of customer service. She is also proficient in the preparation of individual tax returns for individual clients, sole traders, investment and rental properties, preparation of BASs for uber and taxi clients and liaising with ATO, ASIC and client workflow. Away from office, she loves travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
Sonulata Sethia
Accountant
Sonulata is a highly motivated and conscientious individual and has been working as an Accountant at Vivid Partners. Sonulata holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting from Melbourne Institute of Technology. She has great communication and interpersonal skills and is sociable, confident, and easy to work with. She is proficient in Individual Tax Returns, Preparation of Financial Statements and Business Tax Returns, Bookkeeping and Payroll. Apart from her work, she is fond of visiting new places and learning about different cultures.
